I'm Margaux Alvarez, a 7-time CrossFit Games athlete, successful entrepreneur, dedicated fitness coach, and passionate winemaker. My journey has been fueled by a deep love for challenge and adventure, inspiring others to push their limits alongside me.
My passion for fitness began early with activities like Tae Kwon Do, horseback riding, golf and ballet. These experiences sparked a competitive spirit that led me to CrossFit, where I honed my skills and competed in seven consecutive CrossFit Games, earning the respect of my peers and fans.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve used my love for fitness to create successful business ventures. As a coach, I focus on instilling a growth mindset and discipline in my clients, helping them overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
Winemaking is another passion of mine. The winemaking mirrors fitness, by the hours put into the craft. Hard work, patience, dedication and consistency, whether that is harvesting, crushing and pressing the wine or the hours, weeks, and years put in the gym. This reflects my commitment to excellence in all aspects of life.
Beyond fitness and winemaking, I'm always seeking new challenges, from motorcycle riding to learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, constantly embracing life's adventures.
