It's not over yet...
Apr 11, 2025
In my last blog post, I talked about a lot of emotions and thoughts that I was feeling in regards to calling it quits.
The question of, is it worth it?
Is all the time, money, and energy that I'm pouring into my passion for helping others, elevating people’s health through movement, mindset, and nutrition, making a difference?
Will I be able to make it through the struggles, to in turn, celebrate the successes?
Am I inspiring, educating, and motivating others to follow their passions?
To take action towards their goals?
To help them make one degree of change that helps adjust their journey for the better?
I believe in myself, my program, my challenge. It is the blueprint that can help others make that mindset shift to realign with their purpose. Or to find their purpose.
Ever since my sister passed, I felt drawn to helping others.
I think that is because I felt like I didn't help her, so this was an opportunity to help others.
I will stay the course.
I will continue to fight and do as much as I can to continue to help others through movement, mindset, and nutrition.
Today is the day to keep fighting and continue to push forward.
I have faith that it will work out and that all the struggles and hardships that I am facing will pay off in the long run.
I appreciate each and everyone of you all for your support, words of encouragment, and reaching out to me. I am eternally grateful and wouldn't be able to do it without you all.
Here's to tomorrow and to fight another day.
